The project
The challenge
From the day they received the keys, we had just six months to completely transform the property and have it ready for Christmas Day. As the project evolved, the scope also increased to include the demolition and complete rebuild of the garage.
Our solution
From the outset, we focused heavily on planning, scheduling and resource management. To keep the programme on track, we expanded our team and carefully coordinated trades to maintain momentum throughout the build.
The home underwent a complete renovation and reconfiguration to create a more open, functional layout suited to modern family living, while retaining the character the clients loved.
The result
The project was completed on schedule. The family moved in and celebrated Christmas Day in a fully transformed home. The success of the project has led to an ongoing relationship, and we continue to carry out additional work for the family today.
The takeaway
When timelines matter, planning matters. Clear communication, careful scheduling and strong coordination across trades let us deliver a complex renovation without compromising quality.

Character kept
A complete reconfiguration created a more open, functional layout for modern family living while retaining the villa character the clients loved.
